beginnings

When I woke up this morning, creating a blog was not on my agenda. Recently, I read a quote somewhere to the extent of “stop planning, and start doing” and that’s what this is. I guide yoga classes, the places I taught at are closed with uncertain futures, I am doing it one step at a time, finding a path forward to continue to share the practice I love. Allowing myself to remain open to the currents of change, trying to let go of the ideas of what things should look like, or did look like, and embrace where they are now. So here we are, at the beginning of a blog. Cheers, to new beginnings.
